Downtown Electric provides electrical contracting, solar energy installation, generator systems, and EV charger installation services in the Kelowna and Okanagan region. 2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through this Site or by our team are estimates only and are subject to change based on site conditions, scope of work, material costs, and applicable permits. A formal written agreement must be signed before any work begins. Pricing is valid for the period specified in the quote.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Downtown Electric reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any changes.
4. Licensing and Compliance
All electrical work performed by Downtown Electric is carried out by licensed electricians in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code, BC Electrical Safety Regulations, and applicable municipal bylaws. Permits are obtained as required by law.
5. Warranties
Workmanship warranties are specified in your individual service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms. Downtown Electric does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Downtown Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
